the following requirements before applying:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Only students who are U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents (&#8220;green card holders&#8221;) are eligible for this scholarship.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>High school students will have to graduate during the current academic year of filling out an application.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Scholarships are only available to high school seniors and current college students who want to obtain a bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited U.S. institution.<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>High school students and current college students must have a cumulative GPA of at least a
